I have a barcode for a day ticket

If a barcode is known to us, you can redeem it directly (max. 2 per reservation). Enter the combination of numbers (and letters), and click on redeem code. The website then immediately reserves your access. In the next step you can choose to add a treatment or massage. In the last step you checkout. Please note: in the last step it may take several minutes before you proceed to the payment module.

I have a promotion code / action code

If you have a promotion code, action code or unique code, you can redeem it in the right field. From this code you will be taken to a page where you can review the content and conditions. From here you can book the desired date and pay for the reservation.

I have a promotional ticket

If you have bought a promotional ticket via for example Social Deal, ING or one of our business partners, you will pay a surcharge on swimwear days, weekends and during Dutch vacations (summer and Christmas vacations). The surcharge is €6.95 and is paid at reception on the day.

I have another (sauna/wellness) gift card

Do you have another gift card (Vivabox or Dutch Sauna Gift Card)? These cannot be redeemed via this page. Follow the instructions on the voucher and book your visit by phone or via info@thermae.nl.

I received a Thermae 2000 gift voucher

Day entrance gift voucher

• Let us know when you would like to come and spend the night by filling out this request form
• A request for hotel accommodation must be received by us at least 48 hours in advance

Babymoon gift voucher

• Let us know when you would like to come and stay by filling in this request form
  A request for a babymoon hotel stay has to be at least 48 hours in advance

Wine or beer bath treatment gift voucher

• Let us know when you would like to schedule a wine or beer bath treatment by filling out this request form
• A request for a wine or beer bath treatment must be with us at least 48 hours in advance

Treatment or massage gift voucher

• Let us know when you would like to schedule a treatment by filling out this request form
• A request for treatment must be with us at least 48 hours in advance

Gift voucher with free value

• Take the free value gift certificate with you during your wellness visit and return it at the end of your visit. A new gift certificate will be made from any remaining amount
• Online, the value of the gift certificate must be handed in at once
